Flow-Turn is located in Union, NJ and is 1/3 the distance to Ohio as our previous belt curve manufacturer. Travel time is only 8 hours which means next day delivery is possible. All of the Flow-Turn turns are manufactured with 10 gauge frames (heavier duty) and utilize a tab and slot design that insures correct assembly and uniform square-ness of the frames. The Flow-Turn turn has completed a million cycle durability test and is approved by FEDEX, UPS, USPS and DHL. Flow-Turn has recently introduced the Square-Turn with a patented constant radius end-roller for a smaller and a constant gap. Flow-Turn has the Knife Roll-turn that has a 7/8” diameter end roller radius for small products (Previous mfgr cancelled their similar product). The Flow-Turn Chain-Turn will go down to an 8” inside radius with any size belt (previous manufacturer limited to 2 belt widths with 8” inside radius). Minimum belt width is an incredibly small 2”! Supersized large turns are not a problem either. The Flow-Merge and Taper-Turn are products that have been built as specials in the past and are now being officially released as new products this summer.
